PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS

• PSO SHIPPING FORMS: These are our Parcel Shipping Order forms and are used for multiple shipments. One PSO form allows you to enter up to four shipments, and the other allows you to enter up to three shipments as well as the credit card information. To print, properly select “LANDSCAPE” in your printer settings.

• WS SHIPPING FORM: This is our Wine Shipping form and is used for individual wine shipments. This form can be printed in the default “PORTRAIT” printer setting.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ADDENDUM: This is for any international shipments and must be read and signed. This form can be printed in the default “PORTRAIT” printer setting.

When filling out your shipping form, please write legibly and completely.
